The Department of Paediatrics at KMC Hospital Attavar in association with Land Trades builders and developers organized a meaningful event on 17th February 2026 to observe International Childhood Cancer Day. Held under the theme “Demonstrating impact; from challenge to change,” the program brought together medical professionals, young warriors, and distinguished guests to raise awareness and celebrate the resilience of children battling cancer.

 

Chief Guest Ms. Remona Evette Pereira, a Golden Book of World Records holder and renowned Bharatanatyam dancer and Shri. Vismaya Vinayak, a multi-talented artist and Tulu film actor were the chief guests.

KMC Hospital, Attavar, celebrated International Nurses Day on 12th May 2025 at its premises as part of International Nurses Day observation. Sr. Dhanya Devasia, Principal, Father Muller School and College of Nursing, Kankanady, Mangalore was the Chief Guest of the function.
